Very few individuals have been fortunate to pursue their personal dreams for their life's work. I am passionate about my photography and became one of the fortunate individuals; my passion became my obsession and my life's work.

My desire became a reality one day when I was 7 years old. My grandmother became my first portrait subject. I photographed her with natural lighting posed with her cat.

As an international artist I enjoy many avenues of photography. I have traveled extensively and photographed all over the world. Recently I have photographed destinations weddings in Hawaii and Beverly Hills.

I enjoy the warmth and love of bride and groom on their wedding day. I always feel honored when asked to record the beautiful memories of their special day.

When families come together I enjoy recording their history and happiness, not only for the families in my camera lens but also for their future generations.

Much of my work has been on an international scale as I have traveled to many countries and recorded their history. I have had the pleasure of working with the famed anthropologist Dr. Peter Furst. Together we had the opportunity to be the first outsiders to be allowed to enter and live among the Huichol tribe in Mexico. This allowed us to be the first to record their culture, customs, religion and heritage in its whole before becoming influenced by western civilization.

I was honored when my work was chosen to be published by National Geographic Magazine. My work has also appeared in Time, Newsweek, architectural and trade magazines.

I exhibited world-wide including the Museum of Anthropology and the Department of Tourism in Mexico, and held exhibits in Torin, Italy, Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Basilica of Zapopan, Mexico.

Ann and I have been married for many years and she assists and supports me in creating my photographic art.

One cause is especially dear to our hearts, working with special needs children and adults. Ann and I are the parents of two special need young adults and we enjoy a loving friendship with them. We wish to share with them and their families portraits which capture their uniqueness and joy.

I am a member of the national organization of the Professional Photographers of America, Texas Chapter and the Houston Guild. I have been honored and recognized in "Who's Who Worldwide" for outstanding photography.
